A Street Through Time

Inspired by the BBC’s brilliant A House Through Time programme presented by Dr David Olusoga, a group of Church Hill Road residents are delving into the archives to find out more about the history of their street.

The group are aiming to research as many of the houses on the street as they can, as well as the history of the adjacent green and communal spaces. Their findings will be presented as part of an exhibition in St Mary’s new museum and gallery space, due to open in early 2023 as part of our Creative Church regeneration project.
