We’re delighted to welcome you to our 2021 Christmas services.
As St Mary’s ancient building undergoes extensive renovations, we’re excited to partner with our sister church, St Gabriel’s (near the corner of Havant Road and Wood Street), and with our friends at Greenleaf Road Baptist Church to provide more opportunities for you to join us in worship.
In order to manage our limited capacity this year, we’re asking you to book in advance for all indoor services. If you do book in advance but are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible (hello@stmaryswalthamstow.org) so that we can offer your place to someone else.
Unless otherwise listed, services will be in the St Mary’s Welcome Centre, 8 Church End, E17 9RJ. Please note that face coverings are required at all our services, unless medically exempt.
Advent Carol Service, St Mary’s Welcome Centre
Sunday 28 November at 6pm
We mark the beginning of Advent with a gentle service of Evensong. Advent carols, plainsong from our men’s choir, readings and reflection. Book here.
Agape Carols, Prospect Hill (Corner of The Drive & Prospect Hill)
Sunday 5 December at 6pm
Join us on the corner of The Drive and Prospect Hill near the Attlee Terrace estate for some outdoor carol singing, mulled wine and community. No need to book for this one, just turn up and join in!
Orchestral Carols at Greenleaf Road Baptist Church, Greenleaf Road
