We’re thrilled to be offering these half-hour-long, behind-the-scenes tours of the work to restore and regenerate of Mary’s Church.
Our £3.4 million “Creative Church” project has been designed by Matthew Lloyd Architects in Shoreditch, and the works are being led by Borras Construction.
Funded in part by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, these free tours are open to all, though book as soon as possible, as space is limited.
Please be aware that this is a building site with some uneven ground and surfaces. Comfortable and safe footwear, such as boots, are recommended; hats and high-vis vests will be provided on site.

The builders say we are still on track to open St Mary’s Church to the public late this year, with a grand opening scheduled for 2023.
