Welcome to our service for 11th April, the Second Sunday of Easter.
Today we’ll think about the disciple Thomas – specifically his questions, his declaration of faith in Jesus and the implications of Thomas’s story on our journey of faith.
Today’s service is led by Revd Vanessa Conant, who is also preaching. Our scripture readings are from Pam Stone and Jacintha Danaswamy, our prayers and intercessions are led by Ruth Keane, today’s music is from Josh Price and Jonathan and Helen Rathbone, and we have an interview with Jess Hall about our upcoming Citizens UK Mayoral Assembly.
In today’s service, we’ll also have prayers to guide us in giving thanks for the life of HRH Prince Philip.
While you can watch our pre-recorded service by clicking this link, we’ll also be live-streaming today’s service to our Facebook Page at 10.30am, with some portions of the service delivered live, others pre-recorded. To join us on Facebook at 10.30am, click here.
We’re also thankful for our children’s ministry team led by Jo Talbott, and they have again put together another brilliant online service for children and families with games, activities, teaching and songs. To access this week’s children’s service, click here.
Finally, your financial donations are our primary source of income and have been absolutely crucial these past 12 months, especially as our other sources of revenue have been limited. To give securely and in seconds to St Mary’s, click here.
