Sunday Services (26/6)

Join us this Sunday morning, 26 June, in the St Mary’s Welcome Centre for two services: a 9am Holy Communion led by Revd Andrew Stewart (vicar of St Gabriel’s, Walthamstow), and our shorter 10.30am inter-generational service – held every fourth Sunday of the month – led by our ordinand Jacintha Danaswamy, with an extended time for tea and coffee after the service.

Our monthly 10.30am inter-generational service lasts just 35 minutes and is designed to enable us to pray, sing and learn together. This is a feature of both Christian and Jewish communities – households learning and worshipping together, across generations.

We want to think seriously about how we encourage children in their faith and uphold our baptismal vows to support them; our monthly 10.30am inter-generational service is a great way to do this.

Because this Sunday is our inter-generational service, we will live-stream our 9am service instead of our 10.30am service. If you are unable to join us in person, you can watch this week’s 9am service on our Facebook page by clicking here.

Finally, at 1pm on Sunday, our curate Revd Dave Edmondson and his wife Caitlin will have their son, Jos, baptised in the Welcome Centre. The Edmondsons would love to have you at the service!
