Churchyard Update (8/3)

We have completed our major tree planting now, with the addition of a second Walnut in the older churchyard. It will not be until the end of April until we can be sure of success, but we are hopeful.

Churchyard Update (23/2)

As the storms subside, we are left with some tidying up. A big Ash bough fell in Vinegar Alley and will be sawn-up to add to the “Wall of Wood” down there. Other woody debris will be collected too.

Churchyard Update (14/2)

This week, we are focused on planting some big stuff. We have been offered a Walnut tree, which will be a fine addition to the Old Yard, if it transplants successfully.

Churchyard Update (24/1)

The building and renovation work has kicked up a gear this week, with scaffolding going up around the perimeter. This will take several weeks to complete, during which time, for safety reasons, the main churchyard will be inaccessible.
