4-Hour Weekend Party Packages: Parties are always 1pm to 5pm on Saturdays or Sundays; this includes set-up and clean-up.
Choose between a Saturday afternoon slot or one on a Sunday afternoon.

The hall is a spacious room for 70+ with kitchen access and a serving hatch, while the lounge is a space for up to 30 guests and includes outdoor patio access and a tea/coffee bar.

Hall
Our hall is a large, bright space suitable for exercise classes, talks, community meals, rehearsals and larger events. With seating for up to 100 people, the hall is connected to a full-service kitchen with a serving hatch. It also has a piano for rehearsals.

Lounge
Equipped with a bar, the Welcome Centre lounge is set up for teas and coffees and can comfortably accommodate 20-30 adults. Perfect for parties and small to mid-sized meetings, the lounge also leads onto a private patio and garden space, which can be separately hired.
Important Information
Tables and Chairs Provided, so no extra hire is needed.
Bouncy Castles are allowed in our larger hall but you must be insured. The running, installation and pack-away of bouncy castles must be supervised by the hire company.
Parking is available in front of St Mary’s Welcome Centre but managed by JustPark – an outside partner. We recommend booking in advance if you need parking.
A Caretaker will let you into the building at 1pm for your party and lock up at 5pm.
Party Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance cannot be refunded.
