Vespers
Vespers is an open environment for people exploring faith, just looking for a quiet space or interested in practicing contemplation, mindfulness or contemplative prayer. Vespers lasts for exactly 40 minutes and features a poem, a reflection, two pieces of choral or instrumental music, two periods of stillness and a closing blessing. And while we draw on over a thousand years of Christian contemplative practice, Vespers is for everyone, regardless of background or belief.
